Current• Full life-cycle technical sales engineering for RapidSOS, the leading provider of 911/999/112 data services, focused on government and large enterprise customers often with deal sizes in the multi-million dollar ranges.• Lead technical sales demos of the RapidSOS platform often to C-suite level buyers such as CSOs, CIOs, and CTOs. • Configure custom demo environments and proof-of-concepts to ensure the platform is catered specific to each prospect's specific use case, adjusting the pitch and configuration ad hoc to ensure the solution proposed continues to match the prospect’s needs throughout sales cycle.• Most prolific individual contributor to company product roadmap - qualifying the voice of the customer to the product team resulting in 6 major features delivered which resulted in 6 closed deals • Technical SME for product-wide API suite: OAuth 2.0 RESTful JSON.• Provide bilingual (Spanish) sales demos and closed the first international deal in company history.• Technical lead responsible for EMEA expansion - including vendor selection, GTM strategy, product alignment, and integration project management
