Responsibilities include managing databases to ensure accurate and updated information. Preparing and testing augmented reality headsets for different events, loading and modifying software, troubleshooting software and hardware issues for both end users.

I am currently studying cybersecurity at UCF. This program has taught me skills in Cisco network management, network configuration, and database management among many others. I have also grown a familiarity with programming languages such as python.

● I would continuously monitor operation progress throughout the shift and communicate with other managers to adapt the plans in response. ●Fostered strong employee relations resulting in achieving the highest employee approval ratings amongst management. Resulting in more honest and productive communication between my associates and management. ●Grew familiarized with the handheld computers to assist associates and resolve any technical issues that arose. ● Established a new end-of-shift protocol for collecting and organizing devices to prevent any losses or undercharged devices for the next shift. Resulting in faster starts for workers during the next shift.
