The Leadership Development Program offers four six-month rotations in finance to provide cross-functional business experience to accelerate our career growth. Below are the rotations I have participated in:•Financial Institutions FP&A--Assisted with monthly and quarterly reporting and forecasting as well as our 2016 plan for our financial institutions line of business.--Developed a reporting dashboard for our referral partners to help formulate sales pitches, pricing strategies, as well as customer retention plans.--Narrowed the gap between forecast and actual results by more accurately quantifying and forecasting our compenents of revenue.•Strategic Pricing--Drove incremental revenue to the business by implementing pricing actions on our merchant line of business.--Partnered with our product organization to monetize newly developed products in the market--Conducted internal and external research on best practices and customer retention to provide supportive analytics for our current strategies as well as explore opportunities for generating new revenue.•Investor Relations/M&A--Analyzed market and peer valuation metrics, sell and buy-side models, shareholder data, investor perceptions, and company performance--Developed and implemented investor targeting strategies--Assisted with the quarterly earnings process--Completed analysis, valuation models, and due dilligence on M&A deals.•Data Delivery Center of Excellence--Transitioned all reporting across the finance organization to a centralized team.--Partnered with business units to support reporting and file transition by utilizing our databases and business intelligence tools
