With client retention always top of mind, I look to see first how I can solve the problem, and then retain the client for an ongoing relationship.DUTIESSales• Setting up appointments for the week/month, both from network, referrals and sales calls from website• Autotask for updating of opportunities• Use of Panda Docs for quotations• Tracking and monitoring of supplier stock orders• Tawk monitoring• Brightgauge Tracking• Reports on monthly sales and general feedback• Lead follow-ups, generation and adjusting projectionsRetention• Check in on existing clients via logged reports, monthly SLA Validations for CloudBox and VIP Clients (monthly) and for smaller clients (quarterly)• Courtesy calls scheduled and followed through• Review calls on total numbers, critical calls, and missed SLA’s• Invoice reviews, overdue accounts and upcoming contract reviews• Open project follow ups, traffic lights• Updates to clients on running project progress• Support Calls – monthly Root Cause Analysis• Monthly Internal Cost Saving Exerciseo Internal Product Training (if required)o Customer Knowledge o Reduce Travel Claimso 3rd Party/Vendor error• Internal Processes and signoff ono Saleso Escalation processo Product Strategy, Design, Implementation and Support
