As the Senior Manager of Business Development, I'm directly responsible for the oversight and performance of net-new inbound communication driving lead conversion, as well as securing attribution for marketing activities for direct and indirect sales pipeline globally. I drive high-performing, global teams to consistently achieve aggressive lead and opportunity creation goals.I take ownership of the end-to-end business development process, including training, development and reporting to generate new business and cultivate leads, while empowering the team to deliver exemplary service as a prospective customer’s first point of contact with Jamf.Responsibilities include:• Develops and executes the annual strategic plans of the Business Development Representatives and Lead Management Specialist teams including formulating goals, deliverables, timelines and aligning on cross-department dependencies • Champions a best-of-breed inbound strategy designed to serve the needs of global prospects and customers across geographies, segments and Jamf portfolio • Motivates, develops and inspires a diverse team of global professionals to achieve and exceed KPIs through coaching, dashboard reporting and creative incentives• Partners closely with sales to create strategies that engage prospects and customers, streamline lead handoff, increase and accelerate pipeline and enable existing customers • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to establish and maintain dashboard reports in Domo that enable actionable recommendations and improvements to opportunity handoff • Monitors and manages lead funnel to measure and assess lead quality through attainment of KPIs, breach reports and rejection reports, engaging with marketing and sales teams on acceleration of lead movement through the funnel and drive SLA for lead follow-up • Works closely with Digital Optimization to convert user insights into actionable A/B tests geared toward addressing prospect and customer needs
