Oversaw the continuous improvement of bowling ball performance through the analysis of bowling ball surface and coverstock chemistry interaction with the bowling lane and oils. Designed in-house testing processes for capturing ball motion with SPECTO software. Highlights include:1. Managed daily operations of the Ebonite International Testing and Training Facility.2. Designed, developed, and launched a patent-pending sensor that allows the user to track ball speed, rev rate (RPM), axis tilt, axis rotation, and positive axis point.

Directed data analysis of motion utilizing Computer Aided Tracking Systems (C.A.T.S.) and additional motion tracking systems while also relocating email data onto Cloud Networking. Notable accomplishments include:1. Developed and implemented Wave rejuvenation machine to extract oil from the ball coverstock safely without damage.2. Reviewed motion, compiled data from testing, and analyzed results to supply performance commentary and advice.
