Led five-person crew in detecting and reporting 122 missile launch events and 36 space re-entries worldwide to the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) while tracking 127 missile launch periods of interest. Ensured safety of 1,100 active satellites and astronauts. Selected to serve as senior trainer for space event duty operators. Provided 70+ hours of training to five crews on methodologies and processes to operate space object tracking systems, emphasizing enhanced capacity and strict accuracy standards.
