Responsible for delivering recruiting success throughout the organization by achieving staffing objectives, ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent. This is achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.Responsibilities:•Source active and passive candidates from various resources, including employee referrals and internet job boards.•Assist with hiring process, including interviewing and screening applicants while maintaining all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). •Participate in job fairs, presentations and other networking events in the recruiting region.•Establish, maintain and grow relationships with regional contacts, college officials, and local professionals. Ultimately resulting in the creation of a network from which potential applicant leads can be generated.•Assist in developing creative ideas and strategies to promote TQL in the community and attract professionals for job opportunities. •Assist in writing and forwarding offer letters, rejection letters and new employee orientation packages.•Perform reference and background checks for potential employees.Manage paperwork regarding new hire packets, employee files, verification of employee status, and compliance documentation (e.g., I-9).

• Develop and execute local and national recruiting plans throughout the organization by employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need by utilizing the Internet for recruitment. Post positions to appropriate Internet sources, research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment, and use professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.•Conduct interviews with potential candidates to ensure that the organization is hiring the best possible talent available.•Assist management in planning, organizing and implementing employee events such as new employee orientations and training seminars.•Manage paperwork regarding new hire packets, employee files, verification of employee status, and compliance documentation (e.g., I-9). •Maintain monthly reports regarding head count, turnover, hiring, terminations, employee address listings and open job requisitions. •Perform general administrative tasks such as maintaining office files, arranging meeting rooms, answering phones, maintaining department schedules and calendars. •Provide administrative support on a variety of ad-hoc items such as handling expense and travel reports, multi-line phone system, greeting visitors, and correcting basic IT issues.•Maintain and promote positive and professional working relationships by interacting frequently with inter-departmental associates and management.
