I am a quick learner with ambition and drive! I have lots of knowledge due to my experiences in retail working with both luxury goods previously and currently the off-price retail model in the corporate and supply chain area.In my current remote/hybrid position as an Import Auditor for Burlington Stores, I speak with vendors daily, making sure all goods leaving and coming into our ports have the necessary compliance documents to make their way safely into our stores! I love building and maintaining vendor relationships as well as staying as informed as possible. It is important to me to continue to keep up with all new laws and changes in the industry and constant changes in the supply chain especially in a time like now!In 2018 at Lenox, I made a switch to a different department launching my product development and supply chain career as a Sourcing Specialist. First in metal and mixed goods giftware, then in 2019 switching my focus on all glass items, all barware, cookware, and bakeware. Working closely with vendors for negotiations, product development, POs, providing constant updates either in person, by email, or in weekly meetings regarding the product line up to our marketing and design team.As the supervisor of Inside Sales, I always made sure to go the extra mile for my representatives who reported to me so they could achieve and exceed their daily and monthly sales goals. In turn, achieving the monthly sales goal for the department and company. We implemented sales games, a personal shopper program with exclusive deals, and many other cost effective ways to sell. While in my supervisory role in the call center, (2016-2018) I also helped roll out two different ordering systems and a new phone and dialer system. Providing training for these systems to 20+ representatives and contacting the companies if problems arose.I was also responsible for taking escalated calls, providing solutions within reason so that our customers experience ended well on the escalation prompting them to return as a customer. Before my career at Lenox as a telemarketer began, I worked for Kmart, Toys R Us, and Fashion Bug cashiering and helping maintain the stores while going to school full time at Bucks County Community College.Besides work, I am happily married, I'm a step-mother to a little boy who is the light of my life. And I enjoy spending time with my family (cats included) and close friends! We love vacationing on the NJ shore in the summer, and year round in the Pocono's. We love exploring new spots to visit or trying new things as a family!
