I am passionate about being part of developing solutions which meet people where they are. It is my goal to create person-centered experiences which help make healthcare easy by building digital resources focused on what people need, not just what technology is capable of. Discovering and mapping out the consumer journey allows us to know where those we serve are, where they want to be and most importantly, meet them there. By understanding people, we have the ability to create meaningful, emotional connections in a space where connections can easily seem non-existent. Finding passion and emotion in who we are and inspiring patients (consumers) and caregivers is at the top of my favorite things. I believe in life care. Healthcare is a space where human connection should be easy, yet with so many demands, standards and regulations the person aspect can sometimes get lost. It’s my personal mission to ensure we are thinking from the perspective of those we are serving. To truly meet someone’s needs, you have to first understand the many factors that impact their overall being and by creating genuine connections, we can do just that. My experience includes building departments/teams, clinical operations, marketing, focus groups, development, strategic planning, community partnerships, digital consumerism and engagement.
