I have assisted designing and launching websites and email campaigns. Using our integrated dashboard and SalesForce, I manage websites, email retention, optimize for SEO, postcard retention marketing, AdWords, minor social media management, and analytics. I work with both creative and technical teams in order to accomplish tasks. Daily, I have to re-prioritize my tasks to make sure everything is done in a timely manner. I received 30 clients at once with no training not long after I started. I had to think on my feet and learn quickly in order to keep meet my clients' needs. I now manage 100+ clients. When I was able to go into the office, I took on the task of coordinating monthly volunteering events for the company. I have always believed in giving back to the community.
