I have 7 years of Recruiting experience and very much enjoy the hustle and bustle of high-volume, full cycle recruiting. I support the Operations Division at BECU, primarily working with our Branch Managers to find our future member-facing professionals.I've had the privilege to work with hundreds of candidates at the very beginning of their promising careers, learning more and more each day about the dynamics of job seekers who are new to the workforce. You'll often find me questioning our current industry standards, practices, ethics, and norms to see how we can better serve the communities we recruit in. I have a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources and the aPHR certification through HRCI, though I have found my many years of experience in Retail Management to be the most beneficial learning period as I began my professional career. I was nominated for Lean Human Capital - Recruiter of the Year in 2017 & 2018, and I've continued to learn & develop my recruiting skills over the years with many mentors who've aided in my growth.In my free time, you'll find me chasing around my two young boys with my husband, listening to music, or spending time with my family.
