Currently working at the New York Power Authority as a Crisis Management Program Manager. Previously worked at the New York City Housing Authority in Emergency Management for 4 years. I have also worked as an Emergency Management Program Coordinator with Freeman Companies on a contract for the New York State Air National Guard Emergency Management at Stewart Air National Guard Base. In 2012, was an Emergency Management Contractor/Mid-level Planner with Readiness Resource Group Inc. assigned to FEMA Region I in Boston, MA writing the Regional All Hazards Plan. I have operated as an Emergency Manager in the Air National Guard and worked in all aspects of Emergency Management to include planning, logistics, training and operations. Graduated with an A.A.S in Emergency Management from the Community College of the Air Force, John Jay College of Criminal Justice with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Fire and Emergency Services/Emergency Management and a MS in Energy and Environmental Management at UCONN. While attending John Jay College of Criminal Justice, I served on the college vice-presidents’ Veterans Committee, representing the Association before college administrators and advocating for student veterans in all aspects of college life, academic and administrative.
