I know…personalized learning were buzz words in both the education and corporate world and still are to this day. Let me explain what I mean and why it’s my passion (in a nutshell). As a previous classroom teacher, year after year I realized the model for learning wasn’t working for all of my students. We all know that both children and adults don’t learn at the same pace or show what they know in the same capacity. After doing research, applying for a Personalized Learning grant, and becoming a part of a team of 20 teachers in the district that were excited to solve this problem, I took personalized learning into my classroom and watched my students’ curiosity, academics, and confidence soar. Now, I am bringing personalized learning into all of my experiences to-date including: building personalized relationships with customers, giving personalized support, using data to drive interactions, personalized job aids, and more!📖 Learning: Completed my 1st level of Customer Success Management certification!I learned how to: • Cultivate a customer-centric mindset• Build effective and valuable onboarding experiences• Strategically approach account planning• Deliver impactful business reviews• Recognize a disengaged customer (and get them back on track)• Manage account relationships🌴 Hobbies: If it’s sunny and warm, I'm outside: crabbing, fishing, kayaking, boating, swimming, camping…you name it! I love all things outdoors. If it’s cold, rainy, or snowy, you can find me: baking sweet treats, cooking a new meal, hosting a virtual book club, or having a game night with friends and family.
