Delivery of a multicast IPTV platform to enable BT to broadcast a range of TV channels, including a new Sport channel.As a CE lead my main responsibility is to translate customer requirements from the Product Line and plan them into deliverables (stories). My main focus and direct responsibility is to manage user requirements and stakeholder engagement.My key deliverables have been:• Delivering TV Connect (worth £343m NPV over 10 years to BT Group) from Concept to Service Trial • Successfully delivering over 1000 requirements from our Media and Broadcast specialist unit, plus around 600 Operational requirements across 4/5 stakeholder groups. Outcome – start service trial on time. Means enough time to finish before customer trial and launch before we want to• Completed several Rapid Impact Assessments (RIAs) to support the product line roadmap• Completion and successful authorisation (by the IDIB) of the product development investment proposal for the TV Horizontal• Management of a £25m budget over 2 years to within 2% variance vs forecast• Development of the Quality of Experience T2R strategy for TV Connect to enable a customer experience glidepath to be defined and implemented.
