Create an Initial Auto Cad design for space possibilities including Test Fits and Safety Code clearances. Assist in initial concept and design development. On board the proper Design team for the project. Create project schedules and budgets, as well as, create and send RFP's, award projects, negotiate pricing, obtain all necessary internal approvals, acquire permits, set up departmental funding for projects. Manage budget, create vendor PO's, and submit invoices for payment. Chair project meeting's and keep detailed records. Manage construction, safety and best practices on a job site. Acquiring CO's, and final project closeout.
