I entered Patterson Dental in 2000, right out of college, because I knew I wanted to be in sales. I wanted to be on the ground, connecting with clients, and supporting the overall mission of my company. Entering as a Territory Representative, I immediately showcased the results I could drive. Earning a place as “Rookie of the Year,” I grew to deliver impressive results as General Manager for 2 separate branches before stepping into a Director of Marketing role. Leading an equipment and technology portfolio, I work collaboratively with vendors to ensure mutual growth and achievement. One of my biggest career contributions has been my ability to see the potential of products or technology before others. I realize the possible revenue impact and fight to form relationships with vendors and bring their products into our portfolios.
