Managed the Public Power Program and assisted with policy work focused on electric utilities and co-ops across the United States.Municipal utilities and electric cooperatives cover just over a quarter of U.S. electricity and are an important piece of the Clean Energy Transition puzzle. We're working to better understand these utilities and coops, their governance structures, and their best practices working toward a clean energy future.

Elected Rep. Kirsten Engel to the Arizona State Senate (with a 58.7%-41.3% split), re-elected Rep. Domingo DeGrazia to the Arizona State House (with 28.6% share of a 4-way, vote 2), and helped elect Representative-elect Stephanie Stahl Hamilton (with 28.4% share of a 4-way, vote 2). While there was be overlap/coordination between campaigns on Field Strategy, each campaign had its own Finance Plan, Budget, and Digital Strategy (including Social Media content and advertising).Results from the August 4, 2020 Arizona Primary and the November 3rd Arizona General Election in Legislative District 10 can be seen in the links below (original results can be found at the Arizona Secretary of State or Pima County Elections websites). The General Election results link also shows shifts from 2016 including precinct winners, net Democratic raw vote margin and Democratic percent of 2-way for the Presidency, US Senate, Congressional District 2, and Legislative District 10 Senate races, and down-ballot turnout.

Responsible for helping with Nikki Lee's Field Strategy and creating and helping with communications & graphics (using Canva) via email and social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) during the Primary Election and minimally during the General Election.

Field Director from January to March, Campaign Manager April through November.I worked with the candidate to execute the field strategy, digital strategy, event planning, and manage all other details to re-elect State Representative Kirsten Engel. Primary Win: 16,895 votes (38.95% of total votes, est. 68.3% of voters).General Election Win: 49,163 votes (35.50% of total votes, est. 53.2% of voters).Both elections were four-way, vote for no more than two elections, percent of voters estimated based on LD10 State Senate vote totals including write-ins and undervotes.

Summer & Fall Intern for Arizona's Legislative District 10 House of Representatives Candidate Kirsten Engel. Responsibilities included canvassing weekly and phone banking, attending debates and forums to take notes and provide feedback, and legislative research on energy and water policy at the state and city levels. Extended involvement to Victoria Steele for Congress during July and August, canvassed over 2,000 doors.
