Duties include: • Fillet and fixture sealing of composite spars.• Insulating and wrapping Kevlar for air ducting for Airbus aircraft. • Pressure testing of various sized aircraft components and piping. • Drilling and reaming composite and metallic components and structures • Bolting and sealing spar structures and components. • First article inspecting composite spars and components.

A380, A400M A300-600. • Detailed tasks included close tolerance. • Drilling and reaming of composite and metallic wings structures. • Bolting of wing structures, torque bolts in line with AP procedures. • Countersinking composite and metallic bolt holes. • All work carried out in compliance with Airbus drawings, AP's, HS&E requirements. • Bolting/ Sealing wing components and wing structures. • Confined space & working at height training.
