Work closely with troubled suppliers to identify and resolve performance issues and problems that affect the quality, maintainability, or availability of parts and their sub tier components. Developed and implemented a plan together with Daimler counterpart in Mannheim that resulted in the elimination for the need of full air expedite of camshaft shipments to full sea freight. Successfully increased axle and engine supplier ASN compliance from 72% to over 95% while project lead for assignment which involved decreasing receiving issues and increasing ASN compliance for the entire axle and engine supply base.
