Managing an overall team of 55 covering all payrolls, purchase ledger, contract ledger, subcontract ledger, cashbook and sales ledger transactions.Enhancing available systems to service the business with better management information.Ensuring the group is tax compliant in respect of employment taxes, indirect taxes and corporation tax.

Combine accounting of three separate legal entities, in three separate geographic locations into one place, one legal entity, on standard processes, on common systems and supported by one team.Develop financial reporting to bring transparency and reliability to the financial performance of all elements of this business.Support and influence all members of the management team to improve profitability of their respective business areas or contracts.
