As Operations Director for Centrax I have responsibility for leading and managing the operational functions, which includes: Engineering, Production Control, Procurement, Repair & Overhaul MROC, Assembly, Quality ISO9001 & Improvement, Test, Installation and Commissioning, Facilities and HSE ISO45001. My responsibilities cover the delivery of the various Centrax products from contract award to commercial operation at our customers sites. In addition the maintenance repair and overhaul centre /MROC supports the 100's of Centrax units operating in the field.As part of the board and senior management team I always strive to make a difference and see the bigger picture.Having completed my MBA at the University of Exeter Business School I am equipped with new ideas, experiences and strategic tools. I constantly look for and drive continuous improvement, innovation, new technology and business improvements across all functions, as well as opportunities to increase value for all stakeholders.I am a clear thinker and strong leader with an inclusive, authentic and open management style. I have the benefit of a sound commercial grounding from many years of leading and delivering complex Projects as a Project Manager and Project Department Manager.I have a diverse background including roles within project management, programme management, engineering, design and manufacturing from within the automotive, aerospace and power generation sectors. This provides me with a sound basis for successfully leading multi functional and varied organisations and teams to achieve their goals.
