Deal Execution:Provide flawless execution in deal support for SAP Hybris Billing opportunities.Manage and prioritise opportunities based on various dimensions (e.g. deal size, strategic impact (light house), first mover, strategic customer).Pipeline Generation (APJ SAP Hybris Billing):Closely working with the SAP IVE and Marketing team's (Regional, Market Unit) to lead / support demand generation activities for SAP Hybris Billing in APJ, with maximum visibility and linearity. This may include 1 to 1 demand generation activities or 1 to many demand generation activities. SAP APJ Presales Collaboration:Collaboration with Solution Management and Presales across all regions. Thought Leadership:Leverage social media, build my social network, and publish content about SAP Hybris Billing on a regular basis. Contribution to success stories and presales communication channels (Newsletter or others) for your domain of expertise. Contribution to SAP Hybris Billing initiatives and events as thought leader/SAP spoke person (such as Industry Summits, Partner Events, Customer Events).

Collaborates with AEs & CSMs on deal strategy & supports agreed upon sales plays.Compose and deliver superior sales presentations covering SAP and partner software solutions to prospective customer audiences.Support the use of the Presales Value Cycle in every deal to ensure consistent quality and sales results.Supports business value creation in all accounts by participating in value engineering engagements in key accounts.Complete sections of SAP responses to RFIs and RFPs. Post-sale, communicate the business requirements to the project/implementation team to ensure a smooth transition.

As part of the SAP ANZ Presales team:1. Develop strategic relationships with customers and partners through proactive, quality service to facilitate business for SAP;2. Work with the sales function to promote and position solutions which are realistic commercially and enhance client requirements;3. Work with clients to analyse and clarify their needs, identify their pain points and develop value based solutions to meet their needs;4. Support the sales team by designing architecture to comprehensively meet identified client needs;5. Develop and deliver demonstrations and presentations to explore customer environments and needs, and promote value added solutions to support the sales cycle;6. Develop and enhance team capability, providing technical direction and input during the sales cycle.

• Functional configuration and testing of SAP for Insurance and Public Sector Applications, including Policy Management, Claims Management, Reinsurance, Incentive and Commissions, Collections and Disbursements, and Financial Asset Management.• Documentation of configuration and testing performed to a highly professional standard. • Analysis of insurance processes, information flows and functional requirements, documenting these to a high standard• For senior roles, leadership of a team of analysts and functional consultants, undertaking team planning and performance monitoring tasks when required• Preparing and running workshops with insurance subject matter experts and other staff, including preparation of formal presentations, for instance to define insurance processes or agree functional design of SAP implementations • Conducting one-to-one interviews for information gathering purposes• Promotion of the SAP brand, SAP products and SAP best practice approaches• Accountable for actively pursuing opportunities to develop net worth to support the achievement of billable day targets• Possess the highest level of knowledge in SAP products, technology, insurance business processes and the necessary competencies to deliver the maximum value to our clients• Ensure SAP offers the greatest value and satisfaction to our clients by leveraging the capabilities of our organisation and delivering professional services in a consistent manner• Demonstrate an understanding of customer projects and the services pipeline in order to assess the current and future business environment and initiate personal development activities where appropriate to enhance opportunities for future engagement• Liaise with the respective Consulting Managing Principal to understand future product / technology strategies and directions.

In conjunction with the other members of the IT Management team, the jobholder supports the Senior Management Team in the development of the Commercial Services IT Division’s infrastructure and strategic plans, ensuring the effective delivery of IT services across the Division, including IT systems, applications, infrastructure and processes, as well as the business as usual IT service management of the Commercial Services Division, and related Clients. The IT Manager works within the Capita Group policy and standards and ensures that all activity is conducted in line with FSA guidelines.
