Responsible for global pricing – specifically for RFP submissions. Products on the portfolio include but are not limited to Cloud Services, Audio Conferencing, Streaming, Webcasting, video conferencing & Unified Communications.I also manage the relationship with a large Microsoft LSP and drive new business across their customer relationships with services and solutions that West UC specialise in.

Responsible for global pricing – specifically for RFP submissions. Products on the portfolio include but are not limited to Audio Conferencing, Streaming, Webcasting, video conferencing & Unified Communications.Providers of these products include but again are not limited to Cisco WebEx, Microsoft, Adobe, ON24 & BlueJeans.

My responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:• Driving development of my 20+ Enterprise sized accounts to enable them to make the most of the services they currently have an explore new technologies and products on the InterCall portfolio..• Managing the whole sales process from the initial contact to completion (including pricing sign off, marketing/branding and implementation plans)• Creation of RFPs and Proposals for numerous productsWithin 3 years at InterCall I have progressed from the role of an Internal Account Manager, to Enterprise Manager, to now working in the Strategic Account Management Team looking after a number of InterCall largest billing customers.

Responsible for 120 Small and Medium partners in the Midlands and Northern regions. Working with them on the latest Microsoft Technology and product adoption to grow their business.I also work with the Small and Medium Partners in these areas who are working with Microsoft Cloud offerings.
