I manage the customer relationship base after our sub-meters are installed. I conduct demonstrations and handovers of our portal to large teams of both our internal teams and customers in a clear and concise manner. I look for trends in consumption data to deliver tangible insight and savings opportunities for customers, I then hold meetings with a range of clients to assess their needs and preferences to help me design their data insights reports. These reports have helped a variety of businesses with their energy management through sub-metering data analysis, with the eventual aim of producing positive case studies for each client. I initially joined a small, fast paced team with few processes or tracking against goals, as well as crossed over responsibilities. I quickly assimilated operational and customer engagement processes, which allowed me to produce and implement a centralised project tracker with the view to eventually move to a CRM platform. I have worked with the team to significantly improve project execution, process optimization, process tracking, and produce reports to reflect the work done against agreed upon KPIs. I found that I enjoy using my initiative and creativity to break down a process, identify the key weaknesses, efficiently improve it, and present the findings to the business in informative weekly board packs. I am currently taking the Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst course in my own time in order to help my team by producing a set of live dashboards to track, predict, and report our progress internally in our four distinct areas. My work ethic and willingness to learn and develop are often praised and I hope to continue to strive towards excellence in my career.

During my time at Hillier Hopkins as an auditor, I got the opportunity to audit and analyse a range of businesses; including schools, pensions, charities, and companies. These audits, on average, were conducted over the course of a week, and were often subject to significant time pressure. As a Junior member of the team, I was assigned specific sections of the audit process to help me gain experience, but as I progressed I became a key decision maker on how to split the work within the team. As my ability to analyse a business developed, I learnt how to anticipate how the client was likely to respond to different queries, as well as management of the team's time, so the outstanding queries at the end of the week were minimized. Audit work was most often onsite so we could build a rapport with the client and acquire information efficiently. I had a broad range of experience with clients where I developed my communication skills and how to probe for information diplomatically. This is something that I naturally find very enjoyable and often excel at. I find myself to be approachable and friendly around the office, and I often find that junior associates would approach me first for help. The responsibility of teaching the new associates as they developed was one which I found extremely fulfilling. The experience I gained from working as an Auditor, as well as studying for the ACA, was valuable for my professional development.
