This role provides digital mentorship and works to solve complex, cross-functional issues and progress initiatives that enable business optimization across the business unit.

The FE Advisor is a member of and works closely with the Facilities Engineering Leadership Team. The position is focused on providing guidance to help strengthen the FE division. The FE advisor provides technical, managerial, and interpersonal consultation to the workforce, project teams, and leadership on a wide-range of matters spanning the design, planning, construction and maintenance of facilities in the Rockies Business Unit.

The planning group develops project estimates, issues purchase orders, creates schedules, and measures schedule, quality, cost, and delivery key performance indicators for all new well construction activities. The Team Lead is also responsible for staff training and supervision.

The Facilities Engineer III is responsible for designing and reviewing drawings and technical scopes of new well projects, analyzing current system capacities and restraints, facilitating design modifications, and several other design engineering related actions. Designs are generated both in-house and through management of third-party engineering contractors.

The System Design and Management (SDM) program, jointly offered by the MIT School of Engineering and Sloan School of Management, educates mid-career professionals in systems engineering, systems architecture and project management. I am focusing my time at MIT on gaining a systems perspective on energy challenges, with coursework in climate change mitigation and energy policy. I will also spend time further developing leadership skills through a focus on digital product management.

The Project Manager oversees the execution of multi-disciplinary (mechanical, civil, automation, and process engineering) designs to support client operations. The designs completed for the client ranged from basic equipment maintenance to large new infrastructure installations to support increasing production. The primary client for this role was an upstream oil and gas producer in the Permian basin.

The Innovation Lead examines and evaluates new and existing technologies, processes, and systems that can be implemented or repurposed to meet current business requirements. Potential solutions are strategically assessed, de-risked, and implemented in an expedited time frame.

The Process Supervisor for Development Implementation oversees the implementation of all surface and sub-surface construction work supporting each of the company's drilling rigs. This supervisor is responsible for a $100MM+ annual budget.

The Development Facilities Engineer supports the Drilling & Development organizations through project engineering of mechanical, electrical, and civil designs to support several (4+) drilling rigs across multiple oil and gas leases in California.
