An advanced technical support specialist with a proven track record in IT and A/V support. I provide advanced technical support to a professional services firm with 600 staff members, offering leadership in the Columbus office. My expertise includes troubleshooting issues and managing user accounts within Active Directory, Exchange Admin, Azure Active Directory, Intune, and Microsoft 365 Admin. I also optimize system performance with RMM software N-Able, and enhance ticketing management by managing our ITSM software Alloy Navigator.I am also responsible for completing the separation process for employees leaving the company and developing IT procedure documentation.
