Created an accurate, dynamic Floor Layout file for the manufacturing plant as a tool to help streamline manufacturing flows. Coordinated a cross functional team and successfully implemented an equipment change on the manufacturing floor, keeping production downtime at a minimum. Developed various unique manufacturing tools for the floor members. These tools created more ergonomic processes for the floor members which will prevent injury during the work day. They also helped to speed up the work processes, and prevented rework. Solving these issues provided more output in a period of time.
