As State Manager of Hills SVL I was responsible for growing the state revenue from $1.2M to $6.6M and exceeding contribution targets annually within a 5 year period. In 2010 I was runner up in the Hills SVL Employee of the Year award. As Hills moved into a centralised model I became the Group Sales Manager in South Australia, responsible for the entire Sales portfolio for Hills Antenna, Direct Alarm Supplies, Pacom and Hills SVL with a revenue of approx $33M p.a. and 35 staff. In 2014 I was one of 30 national staff (including 6 of my SA Team) to be awarded a Hills High Achiever. As a key decision maker to realign the business back into the individual practices I became National Sales Manager for Hills AV, managing 18 staff and a budget of $55M p.a. I have extensive experience working with Logistics, Operations, Marketing and Customer Service Management teams to define, implement and refine working practices and procedures.
