My role is to support two client directors with the management and servicing of corporate accounts and individual clients.This involves liaising directly with numerous insurers, fund providers and investment managers to facilitate and administer corporate pension schemes and risk arrangements alongside investment and retirement planning for individual clients. In addition to client director work flow, I have designed, constructed, implemented and am responsible for maintaining an in-house client database. This has included delivering training to team members and providing regular reports to company directors.

Analysing client correspondence to administer pension arrangements of varying structures, regulations and legislation which I soon understood and was compliant with. Writing to pension scheme members upcoming legislative changes and confirming plan updates.Running pension valuation reports and informing pension scheme members of retirement benefits and options.Within the role I also assisted management regarding team efficiency and process development.

As part of my degree studies, I undertook a 40 week work placement with Animal.I was responsible for conducting monthly budgeting and variance analysis in addition to providing evaluations, reports and assisting with general administration.
