* Manage a revolving assignment of requests consisting of a variety of financial and non-financial activity required for the administration on any of our retirement plans. Often includes problem resolution, system setup for plan design changes and correcting client submission/data errors. * Provide consulting on plan design regarding operational challenges. * Lead training for new associates. * Stay involved in many process improvement initiatives. * Lead cross-team/department collaboration meetings to improve internal communications and partnerships between service and operations departments. * Maintain and improve current procedural documents.

• Develop strong business relationships with plan decision makers, on a book of business of about 250 plans, gaining an understanding of the company, their industry and the goals of their retirement plan.• The plans I manage relationships range from Solo-K, 401K and Profit Sharing plans with assets up to $3 million.• Serve as key contact for Plan Sponsors of these clients regarding the many facets of recordkeeping their retirement plan.
