As operations manager, I was responsible for managing the Fiji Water and Burt Lewis warehousing accounts for Holt Logistics Corp at Gloucester Terminal. I oversaw the receiving and distribution of product with a team of 35 individuals. I ensured all billing work orders were accurately transcribed, resulting in the weekly revenue for outbound shipments to increase by 14% from when the account was transferred. By adjusting the process for order shipments, I reduced the monthly average truck loading time from 97 minutes to 53 minutes and increased our maximum capacity of outbound shipments per day by 22 percent. Overseeing shipping processes, I developed a sort on the container ships to increase the logistics flow of inbounds, allowing labor to double efforts on receiving processes which increased our daily capacity from 14 containers to 24 containers. Providing customer service metrics to Fiji Water in the form of a daily report, I increased the customer's overall performance with other partners due to the Customer Service Director demanding all other warehouse utilize the same report. I also collected data on carrier performance to help the customer screen their supply chain partners for transportation. This performance report allowed Fiji Water to make data-based decisions on which carriers tenure loads and resulted in a 11% increase in on-time pick-ups by altering which carriers were selected.

Assisted the TBS Protocol Officer in coordinating all TBS Protocol events, including visits from foreign countries, external agencies (governmental and non-governmental), and reunion groups.
