A highly experienced and resilient General Manager with a successful track record covering direct engagement with public, private, not-for-profit and self employed sectors. Wide ranging industry experience in B to B, Sport (particularly the football industry), FE, Vocational Education, Construction Training Sector and Consultancy. In depth experience of managing and motivating diverse and geographically spread field and desk based teams including senior business managers where people development and training is a key skill set. Responsible for implementation of change management/sales effectiveness training programmes and delivering challenging revenue targets of c £20m p.a. over a wide range of products and services, including digital. Now semi-retired I remain very active and am always seeking new opportunities that will utilise and expand my career / volunteer experience
