Having spent a cumulative 10 years in aviation, I have extensive experience working in a time-critical environment, completing work under pressure and doing so in a safe and effective manner.I have spent a majority of that time leading a team, being responsible usually for three or four other staff members. Aside from that, I have also spent around 5 years working in a customer service role, first in hospitality and after that in a more corporate setting. Both of these career paths have taught me the value of effective communication, planning, and prioritization.I am perfectly happy to ask questions when I need to, but also prepared to find answers on my own as needed.
