CurrentHealth Information Management Operations Manager at HCA Healthcare.I am responsible for the HIM teams at The Lister Hospital (Chelsea), The London Bridge Hospital, the largest private hospital in the UK - The Wellington Hospital and The Wilmslow Private Hospital. The teams comprise of 9 people, a large part of my role is ensuring the team feel supported, empowered and have the knowledge & resources to complete their roles allowing them to provide an incredible service to internal stakeholders & external individuals who require clear & concise data.As part of the HIM Leadership team I am involved in a major preparation & planning project for digital transformation which is due to be implemented in 2025.Other duties include reviewing, updating or creating policies & processes to align HCA as part of their "One HCA" strategy. Ensuring reports & requests are completed within legal timescales to remain GDPR compliant and to support the wider business ensuring we grow together.
