Kaleidoscope GroupAs the Group’s Managing Director, my role was to lead and develop the team so they delivered the group’s strategic plan.We successfully acquired businesses that we safely integrated into the existing group, doubling the lettings portfolio over this period. I found the experience I gained welcoming new people into our existing teams very valuable and would be of benefit to others looking to do the same. Each of the brands owned by the group were market leaders in the towns in which they operated or were working towards this goal. Running a multi-brand operation with thousands of managed properties that was continually growing at a fast pace was by far the biggest challenge I have encountered in my career. But the lessons learned were invaluable and very rewarding.
