As an experienced AV technician I lead the design, operation and maintenance of sound, video, FX, and filming for theatrical / musical productions and school / external events across the whole school. Whilst also helping optimise technology usage across the school, offering training on new systems and providing daily support to both classrooms and colleagues.

As a dedicated SEN teaching assistant my role included preparing learning materials whilst adapting my approach to learning based on a learner's needs. Looking after children's physical, social and emotional welfare. To create a stimulating environment for the children I was working with whilst providing the teachers with help and any information they needed. Communicate with parents and professionals.
