Following up on any customer related issues requiring action in a timely manner, engaging with other colleagues when necessary Providing a decisive and effective response to customer complaints, assisting in and resolving customer disputes and escalating where necessary Ensuring required maintenance work within the properties is reported and completedMaintaining Unite Students’ information systems including PRISM booking system, hardcopy files and MS Excel spread sheets, ensuring customer data is accurate, secure and compliant with the Data Protection Act Undertaking & reviewing general administration duties, to including processing bookings and payments, supporting check in and check out, debt chasing and handling early leavers, no shows and absconders, compilation of letters and emails Providing & reviewing financial administration support, including raising and receipting purchase orders, agreeing customer payment plans, processing goodwill payments and customer room moves, escalating customer arrears issues and processing University nominations agreements Coordinating the team during ad hoc and cyclical projects (e.g summer turnaround & inspections)Working collaboratively to help support the overall city operational team to deliver its business plan and broader objectives Supporting approaches and initiatives to enhance sales opportunity and performance within the city including gathering and sharing market information Contributing to the delivery of the KPIs within the City Contributing suggestions for areas of improvement to benefit the business Reflecting Unite Students’ mission, vision and values in all activities Fostering a collegiate team environment, providing support to colleagues and other teams and cities Being a positive agent for change, leading the team by example and inspiring trust and commitment through periods of transformation
