As one of three members in the Pathways & Special Programs team, I assist in the delivery of several programs including the blossoming Next Step program which offers an alternative pathway to mature age and recent HSC leavers who lack tertiary study experience. This program is one of a kind in Sydney, uniquely offering a guaranteed Bachelor entry if realistic and very achievable criteria are met, all within the regular cohort of undergraduate students. Within this team I assist in the processing of student applications, delivery of tailored advice for pathway and unit selection, ongoing support to 'high risk' students, and development of this exciting and evolving program. Recently, I have been involved in the production and delivery of a Next Step specific Orientation session for new students.

Taught tertiary level statistics content in a unique 'crash-course' format. Class sizes range from 5-20 students for up to 8 hours at a time. I managed booking diaries, class scheduling, forecasting and reporting, advertising and follow-up correspondence with students. I received glowing reviews and recommendations from many students, and was acclaimed for my ability to explain complex content in a clear and accessible manner.

Provided one-on-one legislative advice to the public, specific to the clients individual workplace problems. Information delivered was primarily in relation to the transitional provisions of the Fair Work Act (2009), Modern Award coverage, unlawful termination, entitlements and complaint processing.I fostered and maintained strong working relationships with both state (NSW Industrial Relations) and federal (Fair Work Australia) departments.I excelled at communicating complex legislative concepts to clients with English difficulties.

Conducted one-on-one interviews for market research clients, including scoring and interpretation of both quantitative and qualitative results. Some of the larger clients included Tabcorp, Australian Taxation Office, British American Tobacco Australia and Cancer Australia.
