I was responsible for some of Tradedoubler's largest and most prestigious pan-Euro/Global accounts, ensuring delivery from local account teams based in our 18 offices in Europe and our Sao Paolo office.More recently, I managed the Global affiliate programme for a top 5 (by market cap) global company, during which I oversaw the expansion of the programme both organically and geographically by launching in an additional 9 markets in Latin America, bringing the total to 39 markets.My responsibilities included:- Ensuring best practice and strategy within each of the local teams, whilst delivering optimal performance in each of these markets (up to 39 local programmes managed from 19 offices across Europe and LatAm)- Contract (re)negotiations, RFPs, setting SLAs and ensuring delivery, - Point of escalation for local teams- Setting internal budgets & forecasts and responsible for global attainment vs forecast.- Sharing best practice across all local teams- Co-ordinating and delivering global QBRs
