CurrentLong standing duties include;Engine, Chassis, and device testing manufacturers and for EPA (US Environmental Protection Agency) C.A.R.B (California Air Resources Board) EC (Enviroment Canada) and Euro emissions certification and compliance for Diesel, Dual fuel, alternative fuel, and Gasoline. Engines, component, and after treatment devices.Brake and Chassis dyno operation. Engine durability testing.Engineering services and fabrication.Engine and vehicle compliance testing.Engine Research and Development testing Research and development testing for Dual Fuel, alt fuel, component, and Diesel after treatment devices. Test cell Engine Installation, maintenance and service for On-road and Off-road Diesel, Gasoline, AV gas, Natural Gas, 4-Stroke, and 2-stroke engines ranging from 25cc to 19 liters. Land, Water, Rail, and Air applications. Instrumentation and data acquisition setup and calibration. Emission analyzer equipment setup, service, repair, and calibration. Metal Fabrication. GTAW/TIG welding, MIG welding, Plasma and Oxy Acetylene cuttingEngine Test cell development, implementation, and maintenance including Dynamometer calibration, service and maintenance (5-1000 BHP)Project management.Capital improvement and implementation.Equipment troubleshooting and repair.Engineer and Technician trainingForman/supervisor Implementing new training, procedures, and quality standards.Design and building critical control electronics. Critical purchasing and design for capital improvement and project management. ISO 9001, 2001, 2004, and 2015 Part 86, part 1039, part 1065 compliance.
