Asset manager for Bullring Birmingham, followed by Oracle, Reading and Brent Cross, London. I was responsible for a number of exciting project including the initial planning application for a small restaurant extension at Bullring known as Spiceal Street.

Asset manager on the Glanmore Property Fund, a mixed secondary retail, office and industrial portfolio; the focus was mainly on retail and offices. Responsible for creating value enhancing initiatives, together with overseeing rent reviews and lease renewals.
