I have been in the automotive industry for over 15 years. I started my career changing oil and quickly worked up to managing fleets of work trucks. Now I'm a General Manager running a multimillion dollar shop in Dulles, Virginia. My wide range of knowledge of cars, trucks, and commercial vehicles extends to both sides of the counter. I excelled in the garage as a mechanic perfecting my trade and translated those skills to proficiency in sales and customer service. In my current role as a General Manager, I prioritize proficiency, efficiency, and safety within my team by optimizing internal training and encouraging ongoing education. My management philosophy is earmarked by maximizing employees' full potential and delegating work appropriately. I also believe in leading by example and I'll jump into any role necessary to get the job done right.
