Responsible for the health, welfare, and safety of 12 Soldiers, including senior leadership personnel. Managed assets valued at several million dollars, including three Joint Light Tactical Vehicles (JLTVs), one Command Variant Small Unit Support Vehicle, and one Snowmobile. Developed and implemented a comprehensive TAC Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), capturing lessons learned from the Battalion's training exercises, ensuring greater efficiency and preparedness for future operations.Additional Responsibilities:Battalion Unit Prevention Leader (UPL): Developed and led the Battalion’s drug and alcohol abuse prevention program, supporting over 800 Soldiers. Ensured compliance with regulatory guidelines for urinalysis specimen collection, and conducted statistical analysis of data to provide actionable insights to Battalion leadership.Command Family Readiness Representative (CFRR): Acted as the liaison between Battalion headquarters and Company-level Soldier and Family Readiness Groups (SFRG), ensuring effective communication of support services and events for Soldiers and their families. Provided ongoing situational awareness regarding available programs and resources.Funds Custodian: Managed financial oversight for Battalion SFRG events, handling both the SFRG fund and the Battalion cup and flower fund to support family-related events and morale-building initiatives.
