Established Prestige Floor Studio in a very challenging economy in 2009. Over the past 8 years we have set up a local brand that is synonomous with high end products and a quality service. We have increased our turnover from £250k in the first year to around £900k in the past year. We employ sales staff and a team of around 10 installers.Our main objective is to service the local residential marketplace and provide a professional approach to flooring.

Amtico International designs, engineers, manufactures and distributes flooring products worldwide. My role lead the New Build Team, responsible for driving sales from national property developers and prestigious retail chains. Key deliverables focused on revenue generation, performance against target, profitability, turnover and market share. I was responsible for establishing customer protection, planning sales strategy, developing account level plans, implementing sales strategy with my team and closing sales. I assisted in implementing a performance management framework including individual KPI’s and targets, to ensure maximum sales revenue and staff satisfaction through payment for performance.Conducted monthly reviews with team to discuss sales targets and performance. The team consisted of 2 Key Account Managers and 2 Sales Trainers with the responsibility for recruitment, performance management, succession planning and training. With this I was personally aimed to build relationships with key personnel at senior decision maker level.

Kone is one of the largest providers of elevators and escalators in the world, I was employed with a remit to generate sales of elevators within the UK Residential Market in London. The role involved planning sales strategy, generating leads and undertaking sales activities. Pre- Sales activities included attending Architect/Client Meetings to assess business requirements, engaging with clients at a senior level and being able to propose recommendations. Post Sale responsibilities included, developing project plans, managing key stakeholders within the context of the project deliverables, troubleshooting issues and acting as a first point of contact for any client enquiries.

Developed existing accounts and targeted new business within the high end office furniture market in central london.

Employed through graduate scheme and based in the manchester area, selling, servicing and merchandising existing retails outlets with the Imperial Tobacco brand.
