Leading the Culture and Change Management initiatives as part of the Transformation Office of Corteva Agriscience. Exciting work as we move through the DowDuPont merger integration activities, to preparing for the anticipated spin off of the Agriculture division (Corteva) mid 2019. We are transitioning our behaviors from those of our heritage companies to new ones that will enable Corteva to become a market shaping company that is trusted by both our customers and consumers alike.

Lead a project team to change the culture of Dow Agrosciences (DAS). Worked with McKinsey as external consultants and 10 internal project team members to identify 6 transformational projects for DAS. Identified projects, built playbooks and implementation plans. Team Triathlon actually led the implementation of the 3 behavioral shifts and the 3 process shifts to achieve CLARITY first and then we pushed for SPEED and Agility. Project focused on changing "how " work was done from a behavioral perspective. Partnered with executive leadership throughout the project, and acted as the accountabiliuty partner as they role modelled the desired changes. New behaviors are now becoming embedded in our culture of "how" we do things

Responsible for all aspects of HR at Dow AgroSciences during a rapid growth phase where we added a whole new technology division to our traditional business model.Staffing levels increased by 40% during this period so significant effort was placed on finding talent, onboarding and retaining new employees through engagement. Identified need for, and implemented servant leadership programs to put in place robust succession plans to meet our growth ambitions

Lead all aspects of Human Resources for the commercial functions in Dow AgroSciences. Talent identification, and development. Leadership development. Succession planning. Developed variable pay and sales incentive systems.

Was a member of the European Leadership team for Dow AgroSciences, and functionally responsible for all aspects of Human Resources in the geography. Responsible for compensation, learning and local country HR staff. Reported to the VP of HR for Dow AgroSciences and to the Geographic area president. 1400 employees across the area with Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing as well as R&D . Responsible at most senior level for succession planning.
