Nicholas Gribble is a Solution Design Consultant at Fortna at FORTNA. Colleagues describe him as "Nick is a motivated team member with a desire to learn and to teach. In his position as the Cargo Alliances Co-Op/intern he demonstrated his ability to learn the broad scope of the cargo business and Delta as a whole. This was no small feat! It's like drinking through a fire hose. In Cargo and Alliances, more specifically, we had many technology gaps. Nick demonstrated his desire to learn by setting aside an hour a week in order to build upon his already solid IT foundation which spoke volumes to me about his desire to work in the field. He then created reporting in Tableau and Salesforce, linked to our data warehouse to help us efficiently report out on the business. Finally, as the Alliances Co-Op, Nick demonstrated strong cross-cultural communication skills while working with our Joint Venture partners and was able to effectively lead cross-functional teams in order to accomplish our JV goals. Nick would be a great component to any team. "
