Nick is a Consultant in Deloitte's Mergers & Acquisitions - Strategy, Diligence, & Restructuring practice. His experience at Deloitte spans the M&A lifecycle including growth strategy, deal sourcing, commercial and operational due diligence, sign-to-close planning, post-close execution, value creation, and project management office (PMO). Nick primarily serves Private Equity, Technology, and Energy clients. Outside of client work, Nick is engaged in business development opportunities including curating thought leadership & eminence on Generative AI in M&A, supporting a Private Equity go-to-market initiative, and serving as a team lead for the Houston M&A culture council.
