I have conducted complex litigation in the Australian and New Zealand Courts and have assisted clients in a number of Inquiries. I have also conducted international arbitration and provided domestic litigation supervision in Southeast Asia (Singapore, Indonesia and Vietnam). As Project Counsel, I use my litigation expertise to help clients manage and resolve disputes early in the Project so as to avoid the expense of litigation. Regional ExperienceI have lived in Singapore and Jakarta. Working in Jakarta provided me with invaluable and extensive ‘on-ground’ experience in assisting clients from a range of industries in relation to the processes and procedures for dispute resolution as well as regulatory and compliance issues in Indonesia.
