Assisted in developing and managing public work construction projects from schools to libraries to senior centers. Responsibilities included presenting updates and reviewing project budgets at building committee meetings, managing overall budget, daily on site supervision, tracking and managing all project progress from overall schedule to daily progress.

At P3 I oversaw a window and door renovation of a Boston Public School. I tracked the progress of the project while working hand in hand with the project architect, general contractor, city clerk and city officials as P3 was the Owner's Project Manager.
